Care for Dung, 80: help cover a carer and medication in Hanoi
Dung can't afford the care She needs after worsening Parkinson's disease; we're asking for $1,000.
Updates from Thảo
Good news. Because of your gifts ($259 in total) we've started the first stage. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
Update from Hanoi: I met with the care agency and confirmed the amounts. We're at 2% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.

praying for you, Thảo. I hope things turn around soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Love from Campinas
is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Dung.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. mobility aids and bathroom adaptations comes first ($90) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Good question.
Hope things get better soon. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Put this on a community board in Berlin this morning
can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Hanoi.
Thank you. If you're in Hanoi I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great.
hope things get better soon, Thảo. Hope this works out for you. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
Rooting for you, Thảo. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I hope May is when things finally get easier. Love from Istanbul.
Hang in there. Hope the doctors have good news. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
