I'm caring for my father, who's 93. After a fall and hip fracture David can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and David desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
David worked all of his life as a seamstress, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.

• Medication and prescriptions: $380
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $290
• Part-time carer (three months): $3,630

Sure. The biggest one is medication and prescriptions, $380. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for asking.
