Care for Christopher, 86: help cover a carer and medication in Rochester

I'm caring for me, who's 86. After a diagnosis of dementia Christopher can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Christopher desperately wants to stay at home. I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Christopher worked all of his life as a nurse, and raised 5 children.
