Aaron, 74, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $3,700 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my father, who's 74. After the death of his spouse Aaron can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Aaron desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Aaron worked all of his life as a carpenter, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for four months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $3,700 goes:
• Part-time carer (four months): $2,150
• Medication and prescriptions: $710
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $250
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $590
