Cansu's path to healing - EMDR therapy in Bornova
After the loss of my brother, Cansu has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $505.

After the loss of my brother, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Bornova Counselling Collective cost $30 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $505 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $430
• Psychiatric assessment: $70
• Workbook and resources: $5

Sending strength, Cansu. Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Frankfurt donated after I showed her your page. Love from Frankfurt.
