Can lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Gaziantep Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $950.
His current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment Can could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• specialist standing frame: $730
• Fitting and training sessions: $70
• Delivery and set-up: $55
• First-year servicing plan: $95
