Caleb needs my pickup repaired to get back to work in San Francisco
Caleb's my pickup is Caleb's only source of income and needs a fuel pump replacement costing $1,200.

I make my living with my pickup. 5 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,200. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Labor charges: $210
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $200
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $790
Thank you for reading my story.

Hang in there. Small businesses are the heart of San Francisco. Hope you're open again soon
Sending love, Caleb. This could happen to any of us. After 17 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care
Hope it all works out, Caleb. Small businesses are the heart of San Francisco. Hope you're open again soon. My husband and I read this together. Blessings
