Bogor
Bunga lives with profound hearing loss. The occupational therapist at Bogor General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $600. Her current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 7 weeks. With the right equipment Bunga could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $600 goes: • First-year servicing plan: $40 • Fitting and training sessions: $45 • prosthetic leg: $515 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure. - Anisa

    • First-year servicing plan is $40 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page.
