Bruno's severe tick fever: help with the vet bill

Bruno is my rescue greyhound of nine years. On 1 April we rushed to the Cầu Giấy Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Bruno, but the treatment can't wait beyond July. Bruno is more than a pet - Bruno is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
