Bola served twelve years; now needs help to get home
Bola served twelve years in the engineering corps; $250 would cover a trained service dog and handler course.
🇳🇬 Lagos, Nigeria885 views
Daniel served twelve years in the engineering corps and was discharged in 2024 with a service-related knee injury. He has been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile is sleeping at a brother's place.
The plan: a trained service dog and handler course. The quote comes to $250.
Daniel is receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and is committed to recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $250 goes:
• Housing deposit and first month: $185
• Essential household items: $45
• Transport to appointments: $20
I hope life is good to you.
