Bithi's stomach cancer treatment fund
6 rounds of treatment are planned at the Chattogram Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Bithi was diagnosed with stomach cancer in March. The oncology team at the Chattogram Oncology Institute has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Bithi is 45, worked as a primary school teacher until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Chattogram Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $95
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $90
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $965
