Biscuit's severe tick fever: help with the vet bill
Biscuit, Chhaya's dog, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $150.

Biscuit is my dog of thirteen years. On 12 April we rushed to the Salem Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $150.
They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Salem Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $150 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $85
• Medication and follow-up visits: $35
