Biscuit's bloat: help with the vet bill
A senior cat named Biscuit needs emergency surgery - a $255 bill the family can't cover.

Biscuit is my senior cat of six years. On 25 January we rushed to Rajshahi Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $255.
They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond May.
Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Rajshahi Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $255 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $145
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $85
• Medication and follow-up visits: $20
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $5
