Biniam's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Help Biniam begin the first year of senior school with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇪🇹 Ethiopia639 views
Biniam earned a place in the first year of senior school at Hawassa Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have.
Biniam loves coding and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $70
• School uniform and shoes: $30
• Textbooks and workbooks: $15
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $35
With deep gratitude,
Berhanu

Sending love, Berhanu. Shared this with my family. Blessings
is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Biniam
It's all in the list in the story. laptop is the big one at $70, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Good question.
Take care. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Ribeirão Preto
Hope it all works out. Hope you get there. Thinking of Hawassa.
