A scheduled laparoscopic endometriosis surgery in May is out of reach without help covering $650 of the cost.

Bilal was diagnosed with a cleft palate needing repair in March. The surgeon at 6th of October City Community Hospital recommended laparoscopic endometriosis surgery, and He is scheduled for May. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $810, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $650 short.
my husband has been in and out of 6th of October City Community Hospital since March. The doctors say a cleft palate needing repair will get worse without laparoscopic endometriosis surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $810 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Bilal struggles with daily life and can't walk without help. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 7 weeks. During that time Bilal won't be able to walk without help, so the costs keep growing.
I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section.
Where the $650 goes:
• Post-operative medication: $55
• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $75
• Travel and lodging for the family: $55
• Physiotherapy sessions: $100
• Hospital stay (5 nights): $365
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
