Benjamin needs my ride-share car repaired to get back to work in Accra

Without my ride-share car Benjamin can't work; a $160 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 4 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $160. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal. Where the $160 goes: • clutch assembly replacement (parts): $80 • Labor charges: $55 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $20 • Towing and inspection: $5 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

  • sending strength, Benjamin. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor in La Plata donated after I showed her your page. God bless.

    • Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Wish I lived closer to Dammam so I could bring a meal. Take care.
