Baptiste's spinal decompression surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill
Baptiste needs spinal decompression surgery at Boulogne-Billancourt University Hospital and the family is $3,300 short of the hospital's estimate.

Baptiste was diagnosed with a hernia that has become strangulated in August. The surgeon at Boulogne-Billancourt University Hospital recommended spinal decompression surgery, and He is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $4,700, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $3,300 short.
my father has been in and out of Boulogne-Billancourt University Hospital since August. The doctors say a hernia that has become strangulated will get worse without spinal decompression surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $4,700 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Baptiste struggles with daily life and can't lift anything heavy. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Baptiste won't be able to lift anything heavy, so the costs keep growing.
The money goes straight to the treatment bills, and I'll share the invoices as they're paid so you can see exactly what your gift did.

• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $370
• Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $2,600
• Physiotherapy sessions: $330
