Baobab Primary School needs a covered market stall space - Lourdes's neighborhood project

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Baobab Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $500. It will serve about 213 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly.
