Girona
Ximena earned a place in Form 4 at Girona International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $600, which is more than they have. Ximena loves robotics and wants to become an architect. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $600 goes: • Laptop: $320 • School uniform and shoes: $155 • Textbooks and workbooks: $110 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $15 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Girona.
