Somchai earned a place in Year 11 at Bangkok Girls' High School; we're $200 short on required supplies.

Somchai earned a place in Year 11 at Bangkok Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $200, which is more than they have.
Somchai loves robotics and wants to become a doctor. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $200 goes:
• Laptop: $85
• School uniform and shoes: $35
• Textbooks and workbooks: $60
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Somchai
Laptop is $85 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Fair thing to want to know.
Keep going, Chalida. I hope things turn around soon. All the best.
Keep going, Chalida. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Belo Horizonte.
