I earned a place in Grade 9 at Albany Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $700, which is more than we have.
I love mathematics and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $700 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $60

• Laptop: $430

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. calculator, stationery and a school bag is the biggest at $60.
