Back-to-school fund for Rita
Rita won a place at the Lecce Selective School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Form 4 at the Lecce Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $850, which is more than we have.
I love chemistry and want to become an engineer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $850 goes:
• Laptop: $470
• School uniform and shoes: $200
• Textbooks and workbooks: $180
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

So sorry you're going through this, Rita. Shared this with my family. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless.
Best of luck, Rita. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Put this on a community board in Kassel this morning. Take care
as a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from İzmir
