Sakai
Ren earned a place in Year 10 at Sakai International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $950, which is more than they have. Ren loves chemistry and wants to become a teacher. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. He will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $950 goes: • Laptop: $500 • School uniform and shoes: $135 • Textbooks and workbooks: $260 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $55 With deep gratitude, Mei
