Back-to-school fund for Piper
Piper won a place at Raleigh Science Academy but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Piper earned a place in Grade 9 at Raleigh Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $450, which is more than they have.
Piper loves design and technology and wants to become a doctor. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $450 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $185
• School uniform and shoes: $155
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $110
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Updates from Valentina
Good news. Because of your gifts ($213 in total) the plan for calculator, stationery and a school bag is now scheduled. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
