Back-to-school fund for Owen
Owen won a place at San Diego Technical College but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States1,032 views
Owen earned a place in Year 11 at San Diego Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $350, which is more than they have.
Owen loves design and technology and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $350 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $100
• School uniform and shoes: $115
• Textbooks and workbooks: $135
Thank you so much.

Sending good thoughts, Mason. Shared this with my family. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of San Diego.
Looking forward to the next update. We're a small family in London but we're thinking of you. Take care.
Best of luck, Mason. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I have a 12 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Greetings from Fresno.
