Otieno earned a place in Year 10 at the Kampala Selective School; we're $50 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 10 at the Kampala Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $50, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become a pilot. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $50 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $10
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $20
Glad we found this place.
