Back-to-school fund for Onur
Onur won a place at Çankaya International School but the family cannot afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Grade 9 at Çankaya International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $200, which is more than we have.
I love robotics and want to become a teacher. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $200 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $80
• Laptop: $100
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Praying for you, Onur. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Çankaya.

Thinking of you, Onur. Your post was clear and honest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Howrah.
Good luck, Onur. Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Leeds donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
Best of luck, Onur. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Don't be hard on yourself for asking!
