I earned a place in the first year of senior school at the Casablanca Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $250, which is more than we have.
I love robotics and want to become a teacher. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $250 goes:
• Laptop: $130
• School uniform and shoes: $50
• Textbooks and workbooks: $40
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $30
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
