Back-to-school fund for Oky
Oky won a place at Jakarta Technical College but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Oky earned a place in Form 4 at Jakarta Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $100, which is more than they have.
Oky loves chemistry and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $100 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $30
• Laptop: $50
• Textbooks and workbooks: $20
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Take care, Dedi. Your post was clear and honest. Sent it to 5 people at work.
Hope things get better soon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor in Dwarka donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Jakarta.
you're not alone, Dedi. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier
Keep going, Dedi. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn.
Hang in there. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. I hope June is when things finally get easier. All the best.
