Back-to-school fund for Mackenzie

Mackenzie earned a place in Year 10 at the Rochester Selective School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $1,250, which is more than they have. Mackenzie loves mathematics and wants to become a software developer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $1,250 goes: • Laptop: $670 • School uniform and shoes: $190 • Textbooks and workbooks: $270 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $120 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support. - Levi
