Malmö

I earned a place in Form 4 at Malmö Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform. My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $800, which is more than we have. I love design and technology and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $800 goes: • Laptop: $430 • School uniform and shoes: $150 • Textbooks and workbooks: $150 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $70 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen. - Leif

Updates from Leif

Good news. Because of your gifts ($354 in total) I made the first payment toward textbooks and workbooks. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
