Back-to-school fund for Kwame
Help Kwame begin Year 11 with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇬🇭 Ghana789 views
Kwame earned a place in Year 11 at Accra Boys' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have.
Kwame loves design and technology and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $90
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $30
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $10
With deep gratitude,
Isaac

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Kwame!
Laptop is $90 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page.
Take care. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My neighbor in Corpus Christi donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Accra!
Keep going. I hope things turn around soon. It's not much but it's yours. Take care.
Thanks for sharing this, Isaac. Your post was clear and honest. I hope October is when things finally get easier. Take care.
