Back-to-school fund for Kendall
Kendall won a place at Melbourne Science Academy but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇦🇺 Melbourne, Victoria, Australia576 views
Kendall earned a place in the first year of senior school at Melbourne Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $950, which is more than they have.
Kendall loves design and technology and wants to become an architect. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $950 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $190
• Textbooks and workbooks: $180
• Laptop: $580

Wishing you the best. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Los Angeles.
Keep going. Shared it with a few friends. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Dresden.
Sending strength, Gabriel. Hope you get there. Take care
Best of luck. Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Nairobi so I could bring a meal. Take care.
Thinking of you, Gabriel. It takes guts to ask. Well done
