Back-to-school fund for Kai
Kai won a place at San Jose Technical College but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States1,315 views
Kai earned a place in Year 11 at San Jose Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $450, which is more than they have.
Kai loves robotics and wants to become a doctor. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $450 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $200
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $80
• Textbooks and workbooks: $170
