Back-to-school fund for Josiah
Help Josiah begin the first year of senior school with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇺🇸 Greensboro, North Carolina, United States461 views
I earned a place in the first year of senior school at the Greensboro Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $500, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become a marine biologist. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $500 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $260
• School uniform and shoes: $145
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $95
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Josiah.
Textbooks and workbooks is $260 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Thanks for looking so closely.
study hard! Thinking of Greensboro.
