Back-to-school fund for João
João won a place at Rio de Janeiro International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

João earned a place in Grade 9 at Rio de Janeiro International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $350, which is more than they have.
João loves mathematics and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $350 goes:
• Laptop: $230
• School uniform and shoes: $40
• Textbooks and workbooks: $40
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40
Every share and every dollar helps.
