Oakland
Jameson earned a place in the first year of senior school at Oakland Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $950, which is more than they have. Jameson loves robotics and wants to become a teacher. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. He will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $950 goes: • Laptop: $620 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $65 • Textbooks and workbooks: $265 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
