Back-to-school fund for Hazel
Help Hazel begin the first year of senior school with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇺🇸 Arlington, Texas, United States2,915 views
I earned a place in the first year of senior school at Arlington Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $1,000, which is more than we have.
I love design and technology and want to become an architect. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Laptop: $760
• Textbooks and workbooks: $165
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $75
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Hazel
Thinking of you. Study hard! My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best.
Wishing you peace. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. Greetings from Los Angeles.
Study hard! Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Pune
