Back-to-school fund for Everly
Everly won a place at the San Diego Selective School but the family cannot afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in the first year of senior school at the San Diego Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $1,050, which is more than we have.
I love design and technology and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $250
• Laptop: $680
• School uniform and shoes: $120
Every share and every dollar helps.
