Back-to-school fund for Esperanza
Esperanza earned a place in Year 10 at Mexicali International School; we're $400 short on required supplies.

Esperanza earned a place in Year 10 at Mexicali International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $400, which is more than they have.
Esperanza loves chemistry and wants to become a nurse. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $400 goes:
• Laptop: $240
• School uniform and shoes: $70
• Textbooks and workbooks: $70
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
Updates from Beatriz
Thank you all. We're at 49% now ($198). I'm honestly stunned. the plan for calculator, stationery and a school bag is now scheduled.
Good news. Because of your gifts ($103 in total) I met with the school supplier and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.

You're not alone, Beatriz. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings.
