Eka earned a place in Year 10 at Depok Boys' High School; we're $150 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 10 at Depok Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $150, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become a software developer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $150 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $30
• Laptop: $90
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $30
Thank you so much.

Your post was clear and honest. Wish I lived closer to Mississauga so I could bring a meal.
Keep going, Eka. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We're a small family in Winston-Salem but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Depok.
