Back-to-school fund for Deepak
Help Deepak begin Year 11 with a laptop, uniform and books.
Anywhere in the world1,319 views
I earned a place in Year 11 at Nizamabad International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $110, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become an engineer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $110 goes:
• Laptop: $45
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $40
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Good news. Because of your gifts ($55 in total) I made the first payment toward laptop. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely. - Deepak

Rooting for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
