Back-to-school fund for Camille
Camille won a place at Manila International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Grade 9 at Manila International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $150, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $65
• School uniform and shoes: $25
• Textbooks and workbooks: $45
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $15
With deep gratitude,
Camille

Hope things get better soon, Camille. Shared this with my family.
Hang in there, Camille. Hope this works out for you. My neighbor in Kelowna donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
