Dublin
I earned a place in Year 10 at Dublin Girls' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform. My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $1,050, which is more than we have. I love mathematics and want to become a teacher. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $1,050 goes: • School uniform and shoes: $185 • Laptop: $670 • Textbooks and workbooks: $195 If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people. - Brendan

Updates from Brendan

  1. Update from Dublin: I made the first payment toward school uniform and shoes. We're at 2% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.

  2. Small update. $50 so far, I met with the school supplier and confirmed the amounts.

  3. 7% there. I made the first payment toward laptop. Thank you.
