Back-to-school fund for Antônio
Antônio won a place at São Paulo International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Form 4 at São Paulo International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $250, which is more than we have.
I love robotics and want to become a software developer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $250 goes:
• Laptop: $200
• School uniform and shoes: $30
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Thinking of you, Antônio. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. Put this on a community board in Ottawa this morning. Love from Ottawa.
Rooting for you, Antônio. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Wish I lived closer to Nashville so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Mumbai.
Wishing you peace, Antônio. Your post was clear and honest. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
