Back-to-school fund for Aaliyah
Help Aaliyah begin the first year of senior school with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇬🇧 Sheffield, England, United Kingdom1,872 views
Aaliyah earned a place in the first year of senior school at Sheffield Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $750, which is more than they have.
Aaliyah loves robotics and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $750 goes:
• Laptop: $310
• School uniform and shoes: $185
• Textbooks and workbooks: $190
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $65
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hope things get better soon, Joyce. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Blessings.
Thinking of you and your family. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
Best of luck, Joyce. I hope things turn around soon. God bless.
Keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best
