Tel Aviv
For fifteen years I have run a flower stall in Tel Aviv. In September, a long illness and repossession took display cabinets and a cooler. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me. Before that, my customers came every Tuesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks. This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment. Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item. Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go. Where the $1,900 goes: • Replacing display cabinets and a cooler: $790 • Initial stock: seasonal flowers: $300 • Shop repairs and licensing: $390 • Working capital for the first month: $420 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot. - Talia

Updates from Talia

  1. Quick update: $79 raised so far (4%). I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.

  2. Wanted to say thank you properly. 3% funded and I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts.

  3. Good news. Because of your gifts ($39 in total) I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.

Sure. The biggest one is replacing display cabinets and a cooler, $790. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Appreciate you taking the time.
