Back to business - Sophia's comeback in Berlin
A bicycle repair shop in Berlin needs help replacing a full set of tools after the demolition of the market.

For three years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Berlin. In August, the demolition of the market took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $950 goes:
• Initial stock: spare parts: $240
• Shop repairs and licensing: $310
• Working capital for the first month: $400
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hope it all works out. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. My neighbor in Riverside donated after I showed her your page. Love from Riverside
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't give up. Thinking of Berlin.
Hope this works out for you. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings
Sending good thoughts. Shared it with a few friends. After 26 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything
