Back to business - Shefali's comeback in Nizamabad
A roadside café in Nizamabad needs help replacing an espresso machine and grinder after a long illness and repossession.

For fifteen years I have run a roadside café in Nizamabad. In August, a long illness and repossession took an espresso machine and grinder. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $650 goes:
• Replacing an espresso machine and grinder: $450
• Initial stock: coffee and pastries: $95
• Shop repairs and licensing: $50
• Working capital for the first month: $55
Thank you for reading my story.

Thanks for sharing this, Shefali. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Sending love. Looking forward to the next update. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best
Thanks for sharing this. This could happen to any of us. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Abuja.
