Back to business - Renata's comeback in Hialeah
Renata has run a fish stall for three years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $2,600 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a fish stall in Hialeah. In August, floodwater took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $2,600 goes:
• Replacing a freezer and scales: $1,350
• Initial stock: the first catch: $530
• Shop repairs and licensing: $440
• Working capital for the first month: $280
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

It takes guts to ask. Well done. Greetings from Kolkata
So sorry you're going through this. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Hialeah.
